- Device Information: IP address, device ID or unique identifier, device manufacturer and type, device and hardware settings, SIM card usage, applications installed on your device, ID for advertising, ad data, operating system, operator, connection information, screen resolution, usage statistics, default communication applications, access to device address book, device log and event information, logs, keywords, and metadata of incoming and outgoing calls and messages, version of the Services You use, and other information based on Your interaction with our Services.
- Account and User Profile Information: Name, mobile phone number, photo, address, email, and status message.
- Contacts List Information: We may collect, store, and use the list of identifiers associated with contact information (such as name, phone number, email, and photos) to enhance the results shared with other Users and use it for Wifi Call purposes. We do not sell your contacts list information or make any business with your contact list information.
- Call Logs: Logs, keywords, and metadata of incoming and outgoing calls.

- Usage of Collected Contact Information:
- Service Enhancement: Your contacts will be sent to our servers and used to display names and number in wifi calling and to improve the accuracy of our Enrichment Services. Additionally, we provide a wifi calling feature that displays contact names with user permission. We obtain permission from the user when accessing these contact names and phone numbers.
- In-App Features: We use the collected contact information to provide you with certain in-app services such as displaying contact names for incoming and outgoing calls, enabling easier communication, and facilitating features like spam detection and call blocking.
- Data Storage: The contact information is securely stored on our servers and is used solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share this information with third parties without your explicit consent.
- How to Collect & Use Phone number Data:
We use Plivo as our VoIP communication provider. The Plivo SDK enables us to connect your calls over the internet using your phone number. Contact data (like number) may be passed to Plivo solely for the purpose of initiating calls. Plivo does not store or use this information beyond the technical requirement for connection. - Additional Usage:
- Collected data also used for fraud detection, legal compliance, audits, security, delivering targeted advertising, and enhancing services. Anonymous information may be shared with third parties for service improvement and targeted advertising.
What do we do with your personal information?
We may process personal information as necessary to perform our contract with our users, for our or third parties' legitimate interests, especially to provide our Apps to you and other users, to assist our users in identifying potentially unwanted telephone calls and handling such calls, including the following:
- To match the information in user phone logs and contacts with numbers from the calls the user makes or receives, as well as with information in our database.
- To send users push notifications (e.g., if you missed a call and the number was not in your address book, but we knew the name of the caller, we may send you a notification).
- To improve our Apps, and for research and analytics purposes.
- To send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, and to contact you about products otherwise.
- To maintain user spam lists and build a community-based spam-blocking directory.
- To enable You to use and share Your information in connection with Your registration, login, or other use of third-party services (e.g., payment service providers, online services, social networking sites, and other third-party APIs).
Security:
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, phone, and computer by, among other things, signing off after using a shared computer/phone, choosing a robust password that nobody else knows or can easily guess, and keeping your log-in and password private. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.
Children Under 16:
Our Apps are not designed for children under 16, and Wifi Call does not make its Apps available to children under 16. If you are under the age of 16, you may not download the Apps or use the Apps, you may not use any feature that requires registration, and you may not provide us with any of your personal details. If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our systems.
Changes to the Privacy Policy:
The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, so please re-visit this page frequently. We will provide notice of substantial changes to this Privacy Policy on the App. Such substantial changes will take effect seven (7) days after such notice was provided on the above-mentioned methods. Otherwise, all other changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated Last Revised date, and your continued use of the App after the Last Revised date will constitute acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, those changes.
